SHIPPING INFORMATION

We deliver to Spain, Andorra, Portugal, and other countries in the European Union.

  1. Delivery hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

  2. Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours.

SHIPPING COSTS for orders with delivery in SPAIN, ANDORRA, AND PORTUGAL

Shipping to the customer’s address by GLS-España, with transport tracking.

The shipment will be made within the first 24 business hours, and the delivery time will be 24 hours for the National Peninsula and 48 to 72 hours for the Portuguese Peninsula.

Shipments in the Peninsula are free for orders over €60.

Shipments to the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands are free for orders over €100. For orders below the mentioned amounts, the cost of transport appears in the shopping cart. The price varies according to the destination and the weight of the purchased products.

SHIPPING TO OTHER EU COUNTRIES

Shipping to the customer’s address through Correos-España, with transport tracking. We offer two options to choose from: PAQ CORREOS and GLS ESPAÑA. The shipment will be made within the first 24 business hours, and the delivery time will be 2 to 3 days for GLS ESPAÑA and 3 to 4 days for PAQ CORREOS.

Free delivery for orders over €100. For orders below the mentioned amounts, the cost of transport appears in the shopping cart. The price varies according to the destination and the weight of the purchased products.

RETURN INFORMATION

  1. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

  2. Before proceeding with the return of a product, contact us by email: perlesabalorios@gmail.com, providing your order number, product photos, and the reason for the return.

  3. Within three days of receiving the return, we will process the refund. Returns are free for the customer.

  4. Perles Abalorios will refund the corresponding amount, including shipping costs.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

1). Returns without prior notice or proof of return.

2). Expired return period (14 natural days).

3). Visibly used or damaged products will not be accepted.

4). If a delivery has been attempted several times and the customer does not take care to collect the order or does not take responsibility for the reception, we will not be responsible for resending the order, and we will understand that you have given up on your order, with no refund of the amount.

If a return occurs because the customer ordered the wrong product, the customer will be responsible for the initial shipping cost, as well as all shipping costs incurred in the return.
